Shari Welcome

Analyst

Mrs. Welcome joined the Office of the Ombudsman in April 2023 as an Information Rights Analyst.  She has over 12 years of experience in the private sector in the legal and financial services industry. She joined the public sector in 2020 gaining experience in administrative support and public education and awareness while supporting six independent commissions.   Shari is a strategic thinker with an aptitude for research and analysis.  She holds a degree in Communications, has served on a number of boards, and is dedicated to community involvement which is underpinned by her passion for helping others.
